That's putting it mildly. Kathrin phoned from Meiringen this morning (just before her dinner time) and she sounded terrific. She and Jonas are biking/camping and having a wonderful time - at least one night in Brienze which we remember as the place with the REALLY beautiful lake surrounded by mountains/glaciers, swans, and road so narrow that we had to turn our car around [maybe we had driven onto a walkway?]
Jonas has had two tire blow-outs, but that hasn't daunted them. Kathrin's description of the man who repaired the tire included "...kept a pipe in his mouth the entire time we were with him.."
We were pleased to hear that she still plans on returning home around June 14.
